What to Bring

We will provide all the tools needed to work on our construction site.  For your comfort, the following items are highly recommended:

  • Work Gloves
  • Water Bottle
  • Bag Lunch

We have hard hats, safety glasses, and ear protection on site.  In order to help you prepare for a great experience, the following is a list of items you should wear:

  • Sturdy shoes, preferably boots
  • Comfortable clothes (you will get dirty!)
  • Layers for all weather possibilities
  • Sunscreen

Volunteers must be at least 16 years of age to be on a job site.  Any volunteer under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

All volunteers must attend a HabiTour and Volunteer Orientation & Safety Training.  Click here for Orientation Dates and Times.
